TRV provides dedicated assistance for passengers with special needs from check-in to boarding to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Trained staff are stationed at key checkpoints to offer guidance and support.

Hidden Disabilities

As part of the global Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, TRV Airport offers the Sunflower Lanyard for guests with non-visible disabilities. Wearing the lanyard gently indicates that they may require a little extra time, understanding, or support during their journey. Guests wearing the Sunflower Lanyard will receive assistance at both Departure and Arrival areas. To help ensure a smooth and stress‑free experience, we encourage travellers with hidden disabilities to review available support resources before their trip. This can help reduce anxiety and make the airport experience more comfortable. The Sunflower Lanyard and related information are available at the Information Desks located in the Departure Halls of both the International and Domestic terminals at TRV.
